After a lengthy and friendly , conversation, he promised to sell my house at the highest possible price, much more than my expectation. It was a remarkable and memorable meeting. His personality, and manners were so impressive that I selected him immediately as my agent to sell my house. From the moment that he took over the responsibility to sell my house, he was sincerely dedicated, hardworking and dynamic. Every day he was in touch with me and describing me the steps that he had taken to achieve the said goal. He would also listen to my advices especially where to put up the sign boards for the house sale. He would be informing me in detail about the potential buyers who came to see the house and the prices offered by them. He was always coordinating with me. In total, he got more than thirty people to see the house with different offers . He asked my family to be present at his office and sit in front of him while he bargained with every buyer’s agent regarding the house price. At last he got a buyer who offered a very high amount much more than my expectations. He was vey prompt and accurate in sending the necessary data and information to my Lawyer, who called me to run through the necessary procedure to complete the sale. It was very highly appreciable and commendable of him that every step from the beginning was completed very easily and comfortably, without putting us into any hazards, inconvenience or difficulties. His commissions and charges were very reasonable. The high amount that he obtained for our house makes our family greatly obliged to him throughout our life time.
