I am happy we choose Sam Thomas as our realtor. He was highly professional, honest, and responsive from the very beginning. Within the week of putting the house on sale, he sold our house at the highest price on the street. We had to move to Vancouver, and that's why we had to sell our house in Toronto; he coordinated everything to prepare the home for sale while we were in Vancouver.
